Scheduling and pricing
The 24/7 line is answered at all hours. We offer same-day appointments when available, but we do not promise a specific arrival time, because conditions on the road and at other jobs change.
A plumber gives you a clear price before work starts, and the work begins only after you agree. If the scope changes once the problem is opened up, the plumber explains and asks before going further.
Prices are not published on this website because they depend on what the plumber finds.
Permits and licensing
Plumbing work in Pennsauken may require a permit, and permits are handled through the township Construction Code Department. Plumbing in New Jersey must be performed by a master plumber, an authorized plumbing contractor, or W-2 employees of one.
You are encouraged to ask any plumber for a license number and check it with the State Board of Examiners of Master Plumbers.
Emergencies
For gas odors, fire, smoke, or any danger to life, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility first. Do not wait for a plumber when there is a safety risk.
