Our base is at 7300 N Crescent Blvd in Pennsauken, a Camden County township on the Delaware River with 37,074 residents at the 2020 Census. From there, plumbers are dispatched to the township and the four neighboring towns with their own pages. Each page covers the water supplier, local housing and the problems we see most.

How dispatch works across Camden and Burlington counties

The county line matters more than most people expect. Pennsauken, Cherry Hill and Collingswood are in Camden County. Maple Shade and Cinnaminson are in Burlington County, and Pennsauken Creek separates them from the Camden County side.

Permits and utilities differ by town. Each municipality has its own construction office, its own sewer authority or department and sometimes its own water supplier. So when you call, give the dispatcher your town first, then your street. If a job needs a permit, ask the local construction office what it requires.

For urgent work, the process is the same everywhere. A person answers the 24/7 line, asks what is happening, guides you to the right shut-off and schedules the next available licensed plumber. See the emergency services we cover, or jump to burst pipe repair and drain cleaning if you already know what you need.

Pennsauken's own communities and ZIP codes

Pennsauken has two ZIP codes, 08109 and 08110, and several named communities inside or partly inside the township. They include Delair, Delaware Gardens, Jordantown, Merchantville Park and Wellwood, along with Amon Heights, Hillcrest, East Pennsauken and North Pennsville.

When you call, name the community as well as the street. Many streets run across more than one of these areas, and a landmark such as Airport Circle, the Pennsauken Transit Center on River Road or Route 73 saves the dispatcher a guess.

The housing mix also affects what we bring. The median home was built in 1964, with the oldest stock in the south and newer construction in the northeast. Older homes often need work on cast iron or galvanized pipe, which is where repiping and sewer line repair calls come from.

Other places we also take calls from

Camden, Merchantville, Palmyra, Riverton, Haddon Township and Delran also send calls our way. They have no pages of their own, and service depends on the schedule. Call the 24/7 line, give your address and the dispatcher will say if a plumber can reach you.

Merchantville is worth a note. Its name is part of the water commission that serves much of Pennsauken, so utility questions there may lead to the same office.

Service area questions

Yes. Pennsauken, Cherry Hill and Collingswood are in Camden County. Maple Shade and Cinnaminson are in Burlington County. The same 24/7 line covers all of them.

Because permits and utilities differ by town, we ask for your town first and tell you which office to contact if a job needs a permit.

Both Pennsauken ZIP codes, 08109 and 08110. Nearby ZIP codes we serve include 08002, 08003 and 08034 in Cherry Hill, 08108 and 08107 in Collingswood, 08052 in Maple Shade and 08077 in Cinnaminson.

Call the 24/7 line anyway. We take calls from places such as Camden, Merchantville, Palmyra, Riverton, Haddon Township and Delran, depending on the schedule. The dispatcher will say honestly whether a plumber can reach you today.

Street-side water mains belong to your water utility, not to a plumber. In Pennsauken that is usually the Merchantville Pennsauken Water Commission, though a few addresses use NJ American Water. Check your bill.

If water is leaking inside the home or on the house side of the meter, call us. See water line repair for service line problems.

Yes. Each municipality runs its own construction office. Pennsauken uses its Construction Code Department. Ask the local office about your job before work starts, since requirements are set at the town level.
